STANDARD RENTAL
- $100 for 2 hours
- $25 per each additional hour
- $100 refundable deposit (returned if space is clean & orderly)
- Includes 1 food table and 50 folding chairs (upon request)
ONGOING RENTALS (SPORTS/TRAINING)
- Booking 2–12 rentals: $25/hr
- Booking 13+ rentals: $20/hr
- All participants must sign waivers OR renter provides proof of liability insurance naming Cowboy Campus, LLC as Additional Insured
ADD-ONS
- Stage: $25/hr
- Portable 75″ TV: $15/hr
HOUSE RULES & NOTES
- Total gym space: 2,637 sq ft
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed on the property
- For ongoing rentals, parking in the south lot is required. Please leave the 3 front spaces for loading/unloading and handicap.
- Kitchen will be unlocked for use. No cooking on the stove top.
- Setup and tear-down of chairs and tables is the renter’s responsibility.
- Please sweep and remove all trash at the end of your rental.
- Contracts must be signed by the renter and Cowboy Campus prior to use.
